Warranty Coverage

Our 9 Months Parts Warranty covers the following:

Parts Replacement: If any part installed by Tweak7 Car Service fails within 9 months from the date of installation due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace the faulty part at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

To ensure your warranty remains valid, please note the following terms and conditions:

Proof of Purchase: You must retain your original invoice or receipt as proof of purchase to make a warranty claim.

Regular Maintenance: You are responsible for maintaining your vehicle according to the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule. Failure to do so may void the warranty.

Authorized Service: Warranty claims must be serviced at Tweak7 Car Service or another service center authorized by us. Unauthorized repairs or modifications may void the warranty.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, environmental factors, or improper installation.

Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer's responsibility to report any issues with the installed parts promptly and allow us to inspect and diagnose the problem.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact Tweak7 Car Service as soon as you notice an issue with the part covered under warranty.

Provide your original invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.

If the issue is covered under warranty, we will replace the defective part free of charge.
